“The hotter the heat, the stronger the steel” - a man once told Henry Forrest years ago as he ran past Henry on a Marine Corps required fitness run. These words stood vividly in his memory and gave impetus to an idea for the creation of this site for Try-A-Tri. The slogan “The hotter the heat, the stronger the steel” provided inspiration for Henry Forrest and we hope, for you as well.
